Sometimes the main sign doesn’t say quite enough. A rider gives you extra room for the update people actually want to see - “Coming Soon,” “Open House,” “In Escrow,” “Sold,” or any other message that helps your listing stand out.

Our rider signs are made from the same sturdy aluminum composite as our For Sale signs. The aluminum faces and solid inner core make them stronger, more rigid, and more durable than the PVC riders commonly used in real estate. They stay flatter, hold up better outdoors, and can be moved from one listing to the next without feeling flimsy.

Keep it simple with classic Keller Williams red, black, and white, enter custom color codes to match your personal branding, or open the design portal and create the entire rider yourself. However you customize it, your rider will be printed in crisp, easy-to-read color and made to coordinate with your listing sign.

Before submitting your artwork, please ensure it meets our file guidelines for the best results.

We recommend the following specifications:

Resolution: At least 300 DPI for sharp, crisp prints.

Color Mode: CMYK (we’ll match your colors as closely as possible!).

While we do a final check on your files, it’s ultimately your responsibility to make sure everything looks perfect before submitting. We’re here to help if you have questions, but things like typos, low-resolution images, or design errors (we know, the classic “oops”) are yours to catch! Double-check your files before sending them our way—your print project deserves it.

Standard production is typically about 1 business day after proof approval.

Since all our products are custom-made just for you, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. Once it’s printed, it’s yours! But we’re all about getting things right. If there’s an issue with your order (like a printing oops or a shipping mishap), email us at clickprinterco@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We’ll review your case and do our best to make things right. Just remember, typos, low-res images, or design mishaps on your end are part of the charm, so be sure to double-check your files before hitting submit!
