Give property listings a clean, professional presence with our Real Estate Post and Sign System. This portable setup combines a lightweight PVC post, quick-install ground stake, and durable double-sided aluminum sign for a complete display that can be installed without digging a post hole.

The ground stake is driven directly into the soil with a hammer, and the vertical PVC post fits over it to complete the installation. No shovel or concrete is required, making the system practical for real estate professionals who regularly install, remove, and relocate their own listing signs.

When disassembled, the post arm, ground stake, caps, and hanging hardware fit inside the vertical post body for compact transportation and storage.

Choose from two post sizes:

  • Small Post: Supports 24" wide signs measuring 24" × 18" or 24" × 36".

  • Large Post: Supports 36" wide signs measuring 36" × 24" or 36" × 36".

The included sign is made from aluminum sandwich board and printed in full color on both sides. Its waterproof, UV-safe construction is designed for long-term outdoor display, while the rigid material creates a more substantial and professional appearance than temporary corrugated plastic.

Available sign sizes include:

The signs are pre-drilled and arrive ready to hang from the post arm using the included hardware. Both sides can display the same design or different artwork, allowing property information, agent branding, contact details, and other messaging to remain visible from either direction.

To install the system, select a suitable area of soft ground, drive the metal stake into the soil with a hammer, and place the PVC post over the stake. Assemble the cross arm and caps, then attach the pre-drilled sign using the included hanging hardware.

Before installation, check for underground irrigation, electrical lines, utility lines, and other concealed obstructions. Do not drive the stake into concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces.

The main vertical post is made from durable PVC and acts as the backbone of the entire setup. It’s designed to stay straight, clean, and consistent across multiple installs. Once it’s in the ground, everything else attaches to this piece.

This is the horizontal arm that holds your sign panel. It connects securely to the vertical post and is sized to fit standard real estate sign panels. It keeps your sign centered, level, and clearly visible from the street.

The ground stake is what anchors the post into the soil. It’s designed to be stepped or driven into the ground, giving the post a stable base so it doesn’t lean or shift once installed. Proper placement here makes the entire setup look clean and professional.

If you plan on using rider signs (Open House, Pending, Sold), this bracket allows you to mount a rider cleanly at the top of the post. It keeps everything aligned and avoids the “clipped-on” look that cheaper setups have.
