The main sign is made from lightweight 4 mm corrugated plastic and printed in full color on both sides using UV ink. Display the same design on both sides or use different artwork on the front and back to communicate more information within a single display.

The black steel frame provides a stronger and more substantial alternative to an all-plastic sidewalk sign while remaining portable enough to move between listings and events. Its folding A-frame construction allows the display to stand without being permanently mounted into the ground.

• Sign Only: Includes the custom double-sided 24" × 18" replacement sign for use with your existing compatible frame.

The main sign is secured inside the frame using the included zip ties. Its open hanging design allows the message to remain visible from both directions while making it easy to replace the graphic when a listing, agent, or promotion changes.

Add an optional 24" W × 6" H rider sign to display supplemental information above the primary graphic. The frame includes a rider clamp to hold a compatible sign securely in position.

The compact frame is easy to transport from one property to another and folds down for more convenient storage between uses. Unlike signs that require stakes or permanent mounting, the A-frame can be placed on sidewalks, driveways, paved entrances, and other relatively flat surfaces.

For installation, position the printed sign inside the frame and secure it using all provided attachment points. Fastening the panel evenly helps keep it properly aligned and reduces unnecessary movement. If adding a rider, place it within the rider clamp and confirm that it is held securely before displaying the sign.

Although the corrugated plastic graphics are suitable for temporary outdoor signage, the completed display should be brought indoors during severe weather or strong winds.
